High return on a regular basis

Since the beginning of 2004 we are selling participations in German shipping companies (KG’s). Investments in vessels have a long tradition in Germany and have become quite common. It is used as a diversification of the portfolio and produces high returns on a regular basis. The taxation aspect is also interesting; i.e. the yearly payments from the shipping company to the Swiss investor are not subject to income tax.
